Requirements
Access to the Campus Network via VPN requires:
- An MSU NetID

Process Overview
To obtain access to the VPN:
- Contact the University Service Desk via phone (973-655-7971, opt. 1) or email (itservicedesk@dan48.com) to request VPN access. Be sure to provide your name, NetID, 以及一份简短的理由声明，说明你为什么要求访问VPN. (IT服务台应使用“校园网接入(VPN)”模板.)

Enrollment in Duo for Multi-factor Authentication

Connection Methods
连接校园VPN有两种方式:
- The Cisco AnyConnect client: enables a complete VPN connection to a computer, 这使得它看起来好像是在校园网络上的电脑一旦连接. As a result, 你可以从连接到校园网的计算机上访问你通常使用的任何服务, even when you are in a remote location.

Connecting to the VPN with Cisco AnyConnect

Installing the AnyConnect Client
从上面的链接下载安装程序，并双击它来运行. Follow the dialog boxes to install the software.
Click Next.
Click “I Accept” and then Next.
Click Install. 安装完成后，继续下面的“使用AnyConnect客户端”部分.

Double-click the “AnyConnect_version-number.pkg” file to run it.
Click Continue.
Click Agree, when prompted.
Click Continue.
Click Install.

Using the AnyConnect Client

Enter vpn.dan48.com in the text box and click Connect.
第一次连接后，思科AnyConnect客户端将显示“Connect to MSU VPN” and you will not need to type in the hostname. Please Note: If you are on campus use vpn-oncampus.dan48.com

After entering the code, the VPN should connect. 这将使您能够访问校园应用程序和服务，就像您直接在校园网络上一样.

Troubleshooting
要排除任何问题，请检查以下步骤:
- Check if your device is connected to the internet.
